According to a recent report from Marca, Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane still hopes that Real Madrid spend big money on trying to sign Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba during next year’s summer transfer window. This comes despite the fact that Pogba has had a relatively poor start to the season with United, who are languishing down in the bottom half of the Premier League table after the first eight games of the campaign.

Real have made a steady start to their La Liga season, but one point from their first two Champions League group stage games has a few people worried about how they’re going to fare in European competition.

Pogba has long since been viewed as a big target for Real, but given how quickly football can change, you’d have to wonder how much longer he will be on their radar if he continues to put in poor performance after poor performance at Old Trafford.
