Arsenal wonderkid Jack Wilshere has been offered a six-year contract with the Gunners, says News of the World.
Wilshere will sign a professional deal when he turns 17 as he is currently earning £75 a week on an YTS agreement.
The six-year contract will see the talented midfielder earn £15,000 a week from January.
Wilshere impressed Gunners boss Arsene Wenger and English football when he scored in the 6-0 Carling Cup trashing of Sheffield United earlier this week.
Wenger is desperate to have Wilshere signing a new deal swiftly as Chelsea has shown their interest in the talented England midfielder.
Wilshere was given his Premier League debut against Blackburn earlier this month.
