Newcastle United are interested in signing Michael Olise from Premier League rivals Wolverhampton Wanderers in the summer transfer window, according to Fichajes. The report has claimed that Newcastle are looking for a new winger, and that Frenchman Olise is one of the players on their radar.
Olise is one of the best young players in the Premier League and has been superb for Palace. There have been injury problems for the 22-year-old winger this season, but when fit and available, he has been brilliant. Olise has scored nine goals and given four assists in 12 starts and five substitute appearances in the Premier League for Palace this season.
Newcastle, who ended up fourth in the league last season, are sixth in the Premier League table at the moment with 56 points from 35 matches, while Crystal Palace currently find themselves 14th in the standings with 43 points from 36 games.
