Behrami unlikely to leave West Ham

(GSM) – West Ham’s Valon Behrami is staying at the club according to his agent. The Swiss star has been linked with a return to the Serie A with Palermo sounding their interest in him.

However, West Ham have claimed they have no intention of selling the Swiss midfielder and are unwilling to listen to any offers for him.

“Valon is thinking about the World Cup, his future will be tackled later,” Behrami’s agent, Alessandro Beltrami said.

“West Ham have declared him non-transferable, so I think it is 99 per cent certain he will remain in England.

“Talk of Palermo? That is good because it means the player has done well. However, we are happy that West Ham have made him unavailable for transfer.”
