Chelsea are hoping to get earn maximum points from their first four games when they host Swansea City this weekend. The Blues have enjoyed a great start to the new campaign, winning their first three Premier League outings so far. Jose Mourinho’s side are being tipped for the title, and if he could make it four wins from four on Saturday, the Londoners could start to pull away from the pack.
