Dyche keen for Ings to stay in England

Burley boss Sean Dyche believes that Danny Ings should remain in the Premier League rather than move abroad, according to the Mirror.

The striker has been linked with a summer move to Liverpool, though La Liga side Real Sociedad have also been mentioned as his potential next destination.

Ings is on nine goals for the season so far, with his last strike coming in last Wednesday’s 3-1 defeat at Old Trafford while he grabbed twenty in the Clarets promotion winning campaign last year.

Prior to his move to Turf Moor, Ings made thirty appearances for Bournemouth, while he has also had a successful loan spell with non-league Dorchester Town.

Internationally, he has four goals in seven outings for England’s U21’s and is expected to win his first senior call up in the coming months.

Burnley travel to league leaders Chelsea on Saturday afternoon and Ings can be backed at 7/2 to score at any time.
