Italian giants Lazio have announced they have agreed to sign another footballer ahead of the 2015/2016 season.
The Biancocelesti had already wrapped up deals for Wesley Hoedt and Ravel Morrison, but they have opted against disclosing the name of their third signing for the new season.
Lazio sporting director announced the news after the Coppa Italia clash against Napoli, albeit without naming the player in question.
“After Morrison and Hoedt we have already signed another player we’ll announce in a few days,” Tare told Rai Sport after the match.
“What position does he play in? I don’t want to give any clues away.”
The Biancocelesti seriously reinforced their ranks in the summer and the team in turn showed considerable improvement on the previous seasons.
Lazio not only reached the Coppa Italia semi-final, but climbed to fourth in the league standings and are now effectively involved in the race for Champions League positions.
And with third-placed Napoli just two points away, it may be important to note that the Biancocelesti are available at 4/1 to achieve a top 3 finish in Serie A.
