Premier League giants Liverpool are keeping close tabs on Bundesliga youngsters Christian Pulisic and Mahmoud Dahoud, Liverpool Echo has suggested.
The Reds failed to lure the duo to Anfield in the summer transfer window, but they will attempt to make things right in January.
Liverpool manager is well aware of the potential of Pulisic and Dahoud and he believes the duo would be a very good addition to the squad.
Cristian Pulisic, 17, showed a great deal of promise during his maiden senior campaign, making 9 Bundesliga appearances and scoring 2 goals.
The youngster then represented United States at the 2016 Copa America Centenario, but has yet to feature for Dortmund this season.
Meanwhile, Mahmoud Dahoud has already been linked with quite a few high-profile clubs and it is only a matter of time before he leaves Borussia M’gladbach for greener pastures.
It remains to be seen whether the two footballers will eventually end up at Anfield or continue their careers elsewhere.
