Pogba could ‘fill the void’ at Barcelona

According to Mundo Deportivo, Paul Pogba is being viewed as someone who can fill the midfield void at Barcelona. This comes after the departures of both Andres Iniesta and Paulinho, with the Spanish giants needing someone who can command the ball in the middle of the park – and as we’ve seen, Pogba is someone who fits that criteria pretty well.

The Frenchman is said to be on his way out of Old Trafford courtesy of his turbulent relationship with manager Jose Mourinho, and the Nou Camp is believed to be where he’d end up if he does move. With the season so close to getting underway and the transfer window shutting sooner rather than later, there’s a chance that this move could end up being delayed until at least January.

Pogba is coming off the back of a tremendous World Cup campaign where he helped to lead Les Bleus to the world title.
