If you believe the Sumday newspapers, Real Madrid are a little confused about who they would like to replace the almost certainly doomed Bernd Schuster.
If you read the News of the World you will see that Real Madrid hope to lure Liverpool manager Rafael Benitez to Bernabeu in the summer.
However, if you read the Sunday Express, Real Madrid hope to capitalise on the current turmoil at Arsenal by swooping for manager Arsene Wenger in the summer.
I wonder if either of those stories are true.
