Real Madrid defender Pepe insists Manchester United winger Cristiano Ronaldo is still keen on a move to the Spanish giants.
Pepe wanted his Portugal team-mate to join him at Los Merengues in the summer and Ronaldo admitted he was interested in a move.
But now Ronaldo has insisted he is happy at United and wants to stay at the club.
“Cristiano said he has a desire to come to Madrid, but things did not turn out well,†Pepe told Onda Cero.
“It’s caused me great trouble, and I believe it’s the same for him too. For me it is always better to have Cristiano on your team.
“He wanted to come this year. He likes Real Madrid, wants to live in this city and it is a club he has always dreamed of playing at.â€Â

I think Brad Lovell is crasy because Ronaldo is a pofessional player and he can decide whatever he likes,because when Robinho said he wants to leave Real Madrid nobody goes against him simply because his heart is no more at Real Madrid and they let go of him,i do not know why Alex Ferguson is acting like a coach who depends on a single player,that mentality is very bad but to Brad,i think he should go and learn more about football.
