Stoke eyeing midfielder Badou Ndiaye

Struggling Premier League stalwarts Stoke are in the midst of a managerial hunt, having sacked long-serving coach Mark Hughes a few days ago. While the club look for a new man to take the reigns, the January transfer window waits for nobody.

Thankfully the Potters hierarchy have their noses to the ground regarding talented potential additions to their squad, and the name that they have dug up is that of Badou Ndiaye, who currently plies his trade for Galatasaray in the Turkish Super Lig.

The Senegalese man has clearly impressed in just half a season with his current club, and, according to Sky Sports, he could be the man that Stoke turn to in order to escape relegation.

The Potters currently find themselves in 18th spot in the Premier League table, only missing out on potential safety due to goal difference. It will take a big push during the second half of the season for the club to remain in the top flight, but the addition of the likes of Ndiaye will certainly help bolster the squad.
