Arsenal go after Neto

According to a recent report from The Athletic, Arsenal’s final big transfer priory this summer is Wolves star Pedro Neto.

The current belief is that Arsenal aren’t able to spend silly money which could make a potential deal harder to finalise, but in equal measure, their start to the new campaign has left them feeling confident that they could lure the Portuguese sensation to the Emirates.

Neto has looked sharp across the first few games of the campaign which won’t come as much of a surprise to anyone who has seen him play in recent years. Wolves are building a strong front three, and arguably even six right now with the addition of Guedes and Nunes, with rumours of another forward to come in the weeks ahead.

The Gunners, meanwhile, want to keep building on what they’ve already been able to achieve, and Neto could serve as a great forward to help them do that.
