Arsenal are unquestionably going through a difficult period. Even though they won the FA Cup and the Community Shield last year and have reached the Europa League semifinals this term, many believe a club of that size should be regularly competing for the very top of the Premier League and play in the Champions League, rather than UEFA’s second-tier club competition. At the moment, the Gunners are ninth in the English top flight and will consider themselves lucky if they reach Europe at all next term.

But midfielder Mohamed Elneny insists it’s very important for the fans to show support for the team in these moments.
