Bailly in long Man United talks

According to a recent report from Daily Mirror, Eric Bailly is in protracted talks with Manchester United over a contract extension with the club.

Between injuries and questionable form, many fans have long since questioned what the future of Eric Bailly is going to be at Manchester United. Some are of the belief that he’s destined to be a great defender for them for many years to come, and given he’s only 26 years old, you’d have to think he has many years ahead of him as a top defender – if he can play to his full potential.

United are going to have a really interesting summer transfer window with a whole lot of turnover expected, but if they’re serious about building for the future, we think locking Bailly down to an extended stay is the best thing they can do. They need competition at the back and we’d love to see Bailly give his all for the club.
