Bale linked to China again

Gareth Bale is once again being linked with a move from Real Madrid to China, this time to Shanghai Shenhua.

According to Marca, the Welshman has fallen out with Real boss Zinedine Zidane once more, just as things looked to be on the right track between them at the start of the season. Apparently, it was Zidane’s decision to leave Bale out of the squad for the Champions League clash against Club Brugge that did it, even though Zidane explained his decision and said Bale, along with James Rodriguez, wasn’t ready to play due to fitness issues.

But it seems Bale feels differently, and he has now asked his agent to orchestrate a move away from the Santiago Bernabeu in January. For their part, Real would apparently be willing to let him go for free – anything to get him off their wage bill, with their expenses on Bale amounting to over €30 million per year.
