According to a recent report from Tuttomercatoweb, Jorginho’s agent’s recent trip to Barcelona has ramped up speculation regarding his future.

The man associated with great penalties, aside from the one he fluffed in the Euro 2021 final, has also been a loyal servant to Chelsea Football Club across the last few years. The Italian midfielder is a consistent figure for the Blues and throughout his tenure at Stamford Bridge, he’s provided them with many great moments.

Alas, the future direction of the first team under Graham Potter has left many wondering about what the next step is going to be for Jorginho, especially given that he could become a free agent as soon as next year.

As he prepares to turn 31 in December, you’d have to imagine that if he’s going to make another move, it’ll come sooner rather than later.
