Barcelona to move for Quina?

According to Sky Sports, West Ham United and Barcelona are set to hold talks over the possible transfer of Domingos Quina. Despite only being 18 years of age the teenage sensation has made quite the impression for the Hammers’ under-23s squad, with Barca representatives recently flying out to watch him at the UEFA U19 Championships.

Quina hasn’t yet been given an opportunity to thrive in the first team setup, but given how stacked West Ham’s squad is getting in preparation for the 2018/19 campaign, it doesn’t seem as if that opportunity is going to come. Because of that, this potential switch to the Nou Camp seems like the most logical next step in the progression of his young career.

Quina has been described as a wonderkid by many who have had the chance to see him in action, and if he continues on his current trajectory, then he could well live up to that reputation.
