According to a recent report from Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona will not allow Arturo Vidal to leave the club during the January transfer window despite the fact that Inter Milan are very interested in getting a deal done. Vidal has been able to establish himself as a key member of Barca’s first team squad across the last few weeks, to the point where it doesn’t seem like they’re prepared to listen to any offers one way or another.
Vidal has always been known as a fighter both domestically and throughout his international career with Chile, and he isn’t about to let that reputation slide now. Barca’s squad, as a whole, is unbelievably strong and everyone knows that – but not to the point where they are happy to lose a valuable squad player like Arturo.
For now, his future seems secure, but a handful of poor performances could well and truly flip that on its head.
