Bayern Munich given Pavard promise

Bundesliga powerhouse Bayern Munich are said to have moved forward to secure a deal for Benjamin Pavard.

The 22-year-old French international is enjoying a stellar World Cup campaign with Les Bleus with entire world taking notice of his talents thanks to a stunning goal he scored in his team’s thrilling win over Argentina.

The Stuttgart starlet will not be given permission to leave the club this summer but Bayern Munich will not be pushed back in their pursuit and Germany media outlet Bild reports a plan has already been constructed.

Board chief Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, club president Uli Hoenes and sports director Hasan Salihamidzic have reportedly consulted the new coach Niko Kovac and moved forward to open talks with Stuttgart over a transfer that should go through in 2019.

The two sides have reportedly already made an agreement over a €35 million transfer fee as Bayern Munich cut to the chase to steal Pavard in front of Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig’s noses.
