Bayern to go for Sane in January?

According to a recent report from Sport Bild, Bayern Munich could wait until the January transfer window before making another approach for Manchester City winger Leroy Sane. The German international is set to be out of action for the next six months or so, after suffering an injury in the Community Shield against Liverpool. Sane seemed to be on the verge of a move away from City on multiple occasions throughout the course of the summer transfer window, but now, it appears as if he’s going to rehab with City before potentially jumping ship over to German football.

There’s no guarantee that he’s going to do that, but given the heavy interest from Bayern, it’s certainly a possibility.

Whatever the case may be Sane doesn’t appear to be remaining at City beyond the next twelve months, which looks like it’ll be the best possible move for his future career trajectory.
