Bellingham set for Borussia Dortmund medical

According to a recent report from Sky Sports, Birmingham City star Jude Bellingham has arrived in Germany in order to complete his medical with Borussia Dortmund ahead of his proposed move to the Bundesliga giants.

The report indicates that he left Birmingham Airport early this morning and arrived in Dortmund at around 10.30am local time, with the club wanting to keep him away from the German media at this moment in time.

Even if he does wind up completing his move from the Blues to Dortmund, the belief is that he will still return to the West Midlands so that he can compete in the club’s final two games of the Championship season.

There’s still a chance that Birmingham could be relegated from a mathematical standpoint, but it does seem unlikely. Either way, though, it’s good that he’s willing to help out the club as he prepares for the next phase of his career.
