Benfica interested in Aguero

According to a recent report from Record, Benfica are the latest club to voice their interest in a move for Sergio Aguero.

The Manchester City star has confirmed that he will be leaving the club at the end of the season, opening up a world of possibilities regarding where he may go next. Some feel as if he’s destined to head back over to Spain, or potentially even Argentina, but there are going to be many clubs who throw their name into the hat between now and the summer.

Aguero is a fascinating figure in the sense that he still seems to be in his prime in terms of his natural goalscoring ability, but there are a few questions lingering about his durability as it pertains to his frequent injuries.

He would be one hell of a selling for whoever manages to get it done, and now, Benfica are right in the mix.
