Bolasie stalling over new Palace deal

Yannick Bolasie is stalling over Crystal Palace’s offer of a new contract, according to the Mail Online.

The DR Congo international wants wages of around £45,000 per week, though the Eagles are reluctant to match that figure – news that will alert Tottenham Hotspur, who have been eyeing a move to secure his services.

Bolasie, who currently earns in the region of £20,000 per week, was one of Palace’s stand out players last season as they secured a top half finish against all odds.

The 26 year old moved to Selhurst Park from Bristol City in the summer of 2012, and has so far racked up one hundred and fourteen appearances for the club in all competitions, scoring seven goals.

He was part of the squad that won promotion to the Premier League in 2013, while he also has been capped nineteen times for his country, scoring for them four times.
