With the chance to briefly reclaim their spot at the top of the National League, a high-flying Yeovil will make the trip to the Knights Community Stadium on Saturday lunchtime.

Starting with the hosts, putting in another impressive performance after picking up a 2-0 win away at Woking on Boxing Day, Sutton find themselves ending December in some style. Finding a route out of the drop zone, Paul Doswell’s men are in the midst of a six-match unbeaten run that stems back to the 23rd of November. With the mood in Surrey the highest it has been in recent memory, a huge part of Sutton’s recent revival has come thanks to their free-scoring antics on home soil. Picking up back-to-back 3-1 wins over Wrexham and Harrogate, Saturday’s hosts should be confident of causing an upset this weekend.

As for the visitors, putting in yet another free-scoring display in their stunning 6-2 victory over Torquay on Boxing Day, Yeovil now sit level on points with Barrow and have their sights set on reclaiming their Football League status. Winning four of their last five and enjoying an unbeaten run that stems back to the middle of November, a huge part of the Glovers’ title charge has come thanks to their continued performances in the final third. While Head Coach Darren Sarll may have seen his side record just a single clean sheet over the past three months, no side has scored more than Yeovil’s 50 strikes this season.
