Competition: Premier League

Market: Both teams to score

Odds: 2/3 @ 888sport

In what should prove to be a lively London derby on the Premier League’s return this weekend, Tottenham will play host to a resurging West Ham on Sunday afternoon.

Starting with the hosts, last seen coming from behind in stunning fashion at Old Trafford as they secured what will be remembered as a 6-1 romp earlier in the month, it appears that the mood in Tottenham’s camp is at a real high. With Jose Mourinho likely to be able to call upon returning superstar Gareth Bale this weekend, Spurs have juggled their stacked schedule in impressive fashion and now find themselves in the midst of a free-scoring seven-match unbeaten run across all competitions. Really making a string of improvements since opening the new campaign with a shock 1-0 defeat at the hands of Everton, Tottenham have also managed to extend on their European adventure. While Mourinho might have seen his side remarkably fail to record a single clean sheet this season, they have scored a staggering 13 goals in their back-to-back victories.

As for the visitors, while West Ham might have also opened this year’s campaign with a 2-0 defeat at the hands of Newcastle on home soil, the Hammers have bounced back in some style and have shocked many in doing so. Last seen prior to the international break putting in another stunning display, David Moyes’ men landed a thumping 3-0 romp against Champions League hopefuls Leicester earlier in the month. Now landing back-to-back Premier League wins, including a thumping 4-0 victory against Wolves in East London, the one-time Manchester United boss finds his side in the midst of what appears to be a real resurge. With both Jarrod Bowen and Michail Antonio enjoying a free-scoring purple patch, Sunday’s guests might be smelling another real upset as they travel across London this weekend.
