Cavani wants Rayo Vallecano move?

According to a recent report from Marca, Edinson Cavani is offering his services to Rayo Vallecano ahead of the summer transfer window.

The belief is that the veteran forward is searching for a route out of Manchester United and while plenty of clubs will be more than willing to take him on, you’d have to think the man himself will make the final decision based on where he’ll get time in the starting XI – and where he can still be competitive.

Vallecano were one of the surprise packages in Spanish football’s top flight last season and if Cavani is able to get back to his very best, you can bet he’ll be a force to be reckoned with next season.

United enjoyed the presence of the Uruguay international during the early days of his tenure but now, given the depth of attacking options they have, it feels inevitable that he’ll depart.
