Chambers set for loan move to Fulham

According to Sky Sports, Arsenal defender Calum Chambers is on the verge of completing a season-long loan move to Fulham. The 23-year-old, who recently signed a contract extension with the Gunners, is expected to have a medical as long as personal terms are agreed between the two London-based clubs.

The Cottagers have been making a series of impressive moves in the summer transfer window thus far, as they attempt to surprise a few doubters throughout their first season back in the Premier League. Chambers, on the other hand, will be aiming to prove that he’s still someone who holds a lot of value for Arsenal as he prepares to be thrust right into the first team picture with Fulham.

Arsenal will be kicking off their EPL campaign against Manchester City this weekend, whereas Fulham will face a tough task of a different kind when they go head to head with Crystal Palace.
