According to a recent report from Le Parisien, Chelsea are in talks with Neymar over a potential deal during the summer transfer window.
Over the course of the last few years, Neymar has really made Paris Saint-Germain his home after signing from Barcelona. However, despite their ‘super team’ status, they still have yet to capture a Champions League title.
That isn’t exactly the end of the world but at the very least, it has to be playing on the Brazilian’s mind.
The 31-year-old is a phenomenal player but it certainly feels like there’s still untapped potential within his career. There’s no guarantee that a switch to the Premier League would help revive that, but it would definitely feel fresh.
The Blues have been throwing around money like it’s going out of fashion since Todd Boehly took charge. As such, they’d likely have no problem with the financial side of things.
