Chelsea & PSG want Milinkovic-Savic

According to a recent report from Calciomercato, Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain are both in the early stages of planning a move for Lazio star Sergej Milinkovic-Savic – mainly because Lazio have reportedly lowered their asking price to just €70 million.

While the reasoning behind this hasn’t been made crystal clear, you’d have to imagine that one of the reasons why the price has been lowered is due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Milinkovic-Savic is one of the most intriguing midfielders out there in world football today, but in the current climate, the 25-year-old may not be able to bring Lazio the kind of money they’d initially been hoping for.

The Blues are aiming to make some pretty substantial changes during the summer transfer window, and the same can be said for PSG. Neither club is exactly short for money, either, which should make for quite the bidding war if it gets that far.
