Crystal Palace eye Vorm deal

Crystal Palace are interested in signing Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Michel Vorm, according to Sky Sports.

The Eagles have been on the lookout for a new keeper since allowing Steve Mandanda to return to Marseille earlier this summer and have identified Vorm as their top target.

The Netherlands international has been with Spurs for three years and has played as understudy to club captain Hugo Lloris for that entire time.

He has made thirty-two appearances in all competitions with just ten of those outings coming in the Premier League.

However he made eighty-nine league appearances across three seasons with Swansea City prior to his move to North London while internationally he has been capped fifteen times for his country.

Palace manager Frank De Boer has endured a tough start to his time at Selhurst Park losing his first two league games without scoring though the Eagles can be backed at 19/20 to beat Swansea on Saturday.
