Crystal Palace are currently sitting midtable in Premier League, but things are not as rosy as the standings position might suggest. Roy Hodgson’s side has been grinding out points since the start of the campaign and his old squad is far from being safe this season. In a matter of couple of weeks things could change drastically and that is why Palace are still looking to do some business in January transfer window.
The Eagles are tracking Yannick Carrasco from Dalian Yifang, but they have also emerged as the favourites in the race to sign Kyle Walker-Peters from Tottenham Hotspur. That is what the Sun are reporting and they say that Palace are eager to bring the 22-year-old right-back on loan with an option to buy. Allegedly, Southampton have also expressed their interest in Walker-Peters.
On the other hand, Spurs are not really eager to loan the player out but to rather sell him outright and get some much needed cash.
