Dembele heading to Premier League?

According to a recent report from Daily Mirror, Ousmane Dembele has been “offered” to other clubs – including Manchester United and Liverpool.

The Barcelona star can sign a pre-contract agreement with any club outside of Spain starting from January 1, adding an extra dimension to a January transfer window that’s already expected to be fairly dramatic within the scope of English football and the Premier League.

Barca don’t have a whole lot of control now when it comes to Dembele and getting him to stay but when you think about their current financial state, it may actually make sense for them to get someone as expensive as Dembele off their books.

United and Liverpool both have the finances necessary to make a move like this happen but based on Dembele’s recent history and past behavioural issues, there are definitely some questions to be answered regarding how much disruption he could cause upon arrival.
