Dyche calls transfer market ‘difficult’

Burnley manager Sean Dyche has called the transfer market difficult, with just under a week remaining until the summer window shuts. Dyche stated that the club are attempting to purchase several different players in a variety of positions, but revealed that it’s ‘very difficult’ and that some players are always looking for more even when they’re offered good money.

Dyche helped to guide the Clarets past Aberdeen last night, as the Premier League side continued their Europa League journey with a 3-1 victory after extra time. Many eyes will be on the Lancashire club this season to see whether or not they can maintain their consistency in the Premier League, especially if they wind up going far in Europe.

So far Burnley have brought in a handful of British players, but as of this moment, there have been no major signings when it comes to high-profile names or big foreign stars.
