Everton interested in Roca

According to a recent report from Liverpool Echo, Everton have been linked with a move for Espanyol midfielder Marc Roca.

The Toffees are seemingly making it crystal clear that they’re going to be big players in the summer transfer window and beyond, with Carlo Ancelotti being at the forefront of that movement. The new boss clearly wants to try and get this club back to a point where they’re regularly contending in Europe, and if he gets the financial backing he desires, then it could happen sooner than most of us anticipate.

When it comes to Roca, it seems as if Everton aren’t going to be the only team in the hunt. Still, while there’s quite some time to go before the window closes, making their intentions known this early on is a huge statement from the Merseyside club.

Now, it’s just a case of waiting for some kind of official offer to come in.
