February 17th: Saturday’s Premier League Accumulator – 7/1

With the Premier League title scrap reaching a boiling point, we have a string of heavyweight affairs throughout Saturday afternoon.

With all three of Manchester City, Liverpool and Arsenal stealing centre stage, we could be set for a season-defining weekend of top-flight action.

So, for those of you who are looking to stick on a Saturday flutter, we have found a trio of helpful Premier League betting markets that are worth keeping an eye out for.

Saturday, February 17th

BST 15:00 Burnley vs Arsenal

Making what was an empathic statement last weekend as they stormed their way to a stellar 6-0 romp away at West Ham, Arsenal are enjoying quite the purple patch. Firmly battling it out at the top of the Premier League table and looking to get their hands on a first domestic crown since 2004, Mikel Arteta’s young squad have won all of their previous four appearances on the bounce. With their free-scoring flurry underlined by a 3-1 victory against title rivals Liverpool on February 4th, the Gunners will certainly be smelling a golden opportunity here. Opening Saturday’s trip to Turf Moor sat just two points adrift of climbing to the top of the table, Arsenal have also gained a fearsome reputation for their clinical performances in the final third. In fact, Arteta’s high-flying squad have won all of their last four showdowns by an aggregate score of 16-2. Eventually falling to a 3-1 loss at the hands of Liverpool last weekend, Vincent Kompany’s side are tipped as a landslide contender to be hit with an immediate Championship return. Enduring what has been a public top-flight struggle this season, Saturday’s hosts find themselves sat seven points adrift of safety and facing an almighty task here. Collecting just 13 points from their 24 Premier League appearances, the Clarets couldn’t have asked for a tough test this week.

Tip: Bukayo Saka to score anytime @ 13/8

15:00 Fulham vs Aston Villa

While Aston Villa might have continued to receive a string of deserved plaudits from across England’s elite this season, Unai Emery’s men are certainly seeking a recent boost. Suffering late heartbreak at home against Manchester United last weekend as they eventually slumped to a 2-1 defeat, the former Arsenal boss will be calling on his squad to make a crucial statement here. Although Saturday’s guests might still be dreaming of the chance to book a famous Champions League ticket in 2024, Villa have recorded just a single victory from any of their previous six appearances across all competitions. However, despite crashing out of the FA Cup earlier in the month following a shock 3-1 loss at the hands of Chelsea, Emery’s men will at least be excited by a rampant record against Fulham. Storming their way to a 3-1 victory when they welcomed Saturday’s hosts to Villa Park back on November 12th, the top-four contenders have won four of their previous five Premier League meetings. While the Cottagers might have claimed an eye-catching 3-1 victory against Bournemouth last weekend, Marco Silva’s side have struggled with their consistency since opening the New Year. Almost finding themselves sat in Premier League limbo, the former Everton boss has seen his squad win just one of their last seven showdowns against top-flight opposition. Recording just a single domestic clean sheet since back on December 10th, Fulham should face a tricky test here.

Tip: Aston Villa draw no bet @ 8/11

15:00 Tottenham vs Wolves

Mounting a stunning last-gasp comeback at home against Brighton last weekend as they secured a 2-1 victory in north London, Tottenham find the mood in their camp at a red-hot high. Clearly enjoying life under Ange Postecoglou, Spurs have skyrocketed their way back into the top-four and have a lucrative Champions League return at the top of their agenda in 2024. Signing off January with an action-packed 3-2 victory against Brentford, Saturday’s hosts are unbeaten in all of their previous six Premier League appearances. Looking to extend their buffer in the top-four chase here, the former Celtic boss will also be excited by his side’s continued success in the capital. Aside from crashing out of the FA Cup following a close-fought 2-1 defeat against Manchester City on January 26th, Spurs have won all of their other five showdowns in front of their own supporters. On the flip side, while Wolves might be enjoying their own eye-catching adventure under Gary O’Neil, Saturday’s guests are seeking some recent stability. Last seen getting hit with a 2-1 defeat at home against relegation outsiders Brentford, the ex-Bournemouth boss has seen his squad win just one of their previous six meetings against top-flight opposition within 90 minutes. Suffering a 1-0 loss when they travelled to north London last season, we are expecting a similar outcome here.
