According to a recent report from Fabrizio Romano, Antoine Griezmann is focused on what he’s doing at Atletico Madrid as opposed to transfer rumours.
In the last couple of days, there’s been a lot of speculation linking Griezmann with a move to Manchester United in the January transfer window. The 31-year-old is currently enjoying a strong spell with Atletico, where he currently resides on loan from Barcelona, with the Spanish club actually being the favourites to sign him on a permanent deal once his current run has come to an end.
United have been on a solid run of form heading into the international break but there’s always room for further additions, especially when you take a look at their current attacking options and weigh them up against some of their rivals across the Premier League.
Griezmann hasn’t tested the waters in English football before but if anything is going to sway him, it could well be interest from one of the biggest clubs in the game.
