Guendouzi turned down PSG?

According to reports in France, Matteo Guendouzi had interest from Paris Saint-Germain in the summer but decided to turn them down in favour of a move to Arsenal. For those who don’t know the 19 year old spent nine years of his youth career with Paris Saint-Germain, before making the decision to move to Lorient at the age of 15 as he wanted first team football. He seemed to have a good head on his shoulders back then, and when you look at how well things have gone for him at the Emirates thus far, it seems as if he made yet another smart decision.

PSG are struggling to lure new stars to the club right now and the rumours surrounding their financial situation certainly aren’t helping, even though they’re dominating in Ligue 1 once again. Guendouzi would suit their style of play perfectly, but for now, he seems happy in North London.
