Hazard to leave for ‘at least’ £35 million

According to a recent report from Sport Bild, Borussia Monchengladbach’s sporting director Max Eberl has stated that the club aren’t going to accept any figure or fee less than £35 million for Thorgan Hazard. The Belgian sensation is set to be out of a contract next year, with the belief being that he wants to join Borussia Dortmund. Hazard hasn’t been subtle in making it known that he wants to leave the club, but waiting until next season (and giving Gladbach another year of his services) could well wind up being the best move for everyone involved.

Thorgan has been able to step out of the shadow of his brother Eden in recent years, to the point where he’s been receiving an awful lot of attention from top clubs around Europe.

Dortmund, however, will have to wait before they can finally bring him over to the club after all of this speculation.
