Ings keen on Anfield switch

Burnley forward Danny Ings is ready to shun a move to Real Sociedad and sign for Liverpool at the end of the season, according to the Mirror.

Ings flew out to Spain this month to hold discussions with the La Liga side, though now looks set to remain in the English top flight.

Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester City and Chelsea have also been linked with a move for the 22 year old, though he has his heart set on a switch to Anfield.

Since moving to Turf Moor in the summer of 2011, Ings has made one hundred and eighteen appearances in all competitions, scoring forty-one goals – nine of which have come in the Premier League this season.

Burnley earned a surprise point at the home of league leaders Chelsea on Saturday afternoon and now only remain in the bottom three on goal difference, and can be backed at 6/4 to stay up.
