Inter Milan want £60m for Icardi

According to a recent report from Gazzetta dello Sport, Mauro Icardi’s time with Inter Milan could be over after the CEO informed him that he would never play for the club again – which we can’t imagine Icardi is going to be all too upset about. Inter are hoping to receive a fee of around £60 million in order to agree to the sale of the forward, with Napoli being the frontrunners in wanting to get a deal over the finish line.

Icardi has been dragging his feet for longer than most of us can remember, to the point where it feels very obvious to suggest that he would be a whole lot happier away from the club than at it.

He’s had a great few years with Inter and has done some wonderful things along the way, but now, it just feels like the relationship is too toxic, and that’s a fact.
