Serie A champions Juventus will face Lyon in the UEFA Europa League quarter-finals.

Juve, who won the UEFA Cup three times between 1977 and 1993, overcame Italian rivals Fiorentina 2-1 on aggregate in the last round and will now meet Ligue 1 opposition in the last eight.

With the final to be held at the Juventus Stadium on May 14, Antonio Conte’s charges have an extra incentive to reach the showdown.

Lyon will be aiming to become the first French side to win the competition in any of its guises, and approach the tie with Juventus in good form in this year’s tournament

Remi Garde’s men beat Czech side Viktoria Plzen 5-3 on aggregate in the last round, with the 2-1 second-leg loss marking their first Europa League defeat this term.

Last year’s beaten finalists Benfica take on 1981 finalists AZ as they continue their quest to avenge the defeat to Chelsea in the 2013 showpiece.

Meanwhile, Benfica’s arch rivals Porto face Sevilla in a tie that sees a pair of two-time champions pitted against each other.

Basel were another side to fall to Chelsea last term, losing in the semi-finals, and will attempt to reach the same stage by beating 2004 winners Valencia.

The first-leg ties will be played on April 3, with the return fixtures to be staged a week later.
