Juventus interested in Zidane

According to a recent report from Marca, Zinedine Zidane is considered to be a contender to replace Andrea Pirlo as Juventus manager during the summer.

Zidane has enjoyed many successful years in charge of Real Madrid but now, it appears as if he’s ready and willing to move on to something new.

Pirlo clearly hasn’t been able to quite live up to the hype during his time as Juve boss, whereas Zidane has continually gone above and beyond what many expected of him at Real.

Juve look set to miss out on Champions League football this season and if that happens, Zidane will need to have a real hard think and consider his options. After all, a manager of his stature not performing at the Champions League level – if only for one season – seems like it does have the potential to be a dealbreaker. With that in mind, Juve need to really focus on their next few games.
