Juventus are trying to find a new striker this summer as they have struggled with scoring goals, despite them being easily atop of Serie A standings. Bianconerri are realistic enough to see their problems and many targets have been mentioned in such conversation, including Wolverhampton’s Raul Jimenez. Whilst we do not know how realistic it is for Juventus to go after the Mexican, we know how much they would have to pay if they go for another striker.
According to Calciomercato, Juve would have to fork out around 50 million euros if they were to sign Atalanta star Duvan Zapata. La Dea’s striker has been part of team that is chasing 100 Serie A goals in remaining three matches of the season and reportedly, Juventus were ready to offer only 30 million euros for the 29-year-old Colombian.
Juventus are therefore exploring other options too, with Calciomercato saying it is Napoli’s Arkadiusz Milik who is on their radar as a backup option.
