Juventus & Man City step up Isco chase

According to AS, the chase for Isco is heating up with Juventus and Manchester City both stepping up their interest in the midfielder. The 26 year old has clearly been struggling to maintain a sport in the first team with Real Madrid this season, and wasn’t even in the squad for the encounter with Roma earlier this week.

Cristiano Ronaldo is said to be leading Juventus’ charge as he believes there’s a lot of value in bringing him over to Turin, whereas Pep Guardiola believes he can lure Isco to the Etihad.

There’s still a long way to go before a deal is agreed upon one way or another, but it seems like a virtual certainty now that he will be leaving the Bernabeu. It’d take something big to keep him on the books now, especially given that Santiago Solari doesn’t really appear to value his contributions to the team at all.
