According to reports in England, Italian champions Juventus refuse to give up on the idea of re-signing Paul Pogba from Manchester United. The midfielder, who was considered to be a fan favourite at Juve before returning to Old Trafford, has enjoyed a resurgence in form under the guidance of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in recent weeks. It’s no secret that Pogba was interested in leaving the club not too long ago courtesy of his problems with former manager Jose Mourinho, but it would appear as if those talks have subsided ever so slightly.

Whatever the case may be it certainly doesn’t feel like there’s going to be any substantial movement in January, mainly because it’d take a long time to push a deal like this one over the line.

If Pogba did return to Italy, then we’d expect the rumours to intensify as we get closer and closer towards the summer transfer window.
