According to a recent report from Calciomercato, Chelsea defender Emerson is considered to be one of the primary targets for Juventus during the upcoming summer transfer window. These two clubs have already been linked with a series of moves between one another, and with Maurizio Sarri being at the helm over in Italy, that should come as no surprise whatsoever.
While Frank Lampard will obviously try and turn this piece of business into a positive, he definitely needs to try and get something in return if both this rumour and the one concerning Jorginho are true.
The 25 year old has been at Stamford Bridge since back in 2018 when he made the move over from Roma. The Italian international clearly has a great deal of love for playing in Italy, and with the window being just a matter of months away, Chelsea will have to hope for a minor miracle if they’re going to keep him on the books.
