Juventus wrap up Lyanco deal

The Italian champions Juventus are reported to have secured a deal for the talented Brazil international defender Lyanco Vojnovic.

The 20-year-old central defender holds a Serbian passport and has already represented the country at U-19 level, before opting to switch his allegiance to Brazil where he now plays in the Under-20s.

The Sao Paulo defender is a highly-rated youngster and Juventus have reportedly identified him as a future star.

Having already invested as much as nearly €30 million for the signatures of Mattia Caldara, Riccardo Orsolini and Matheus Pereira, Juventus are ready to invest additional money to bring in another highly-rated talent, according to reports from La Stampa.

A deal for Lyanco is all but done and the 20-year-old defender is expected to arrive to Turin in the summer.

Lyanco has so far made 13 appearances for Sao Paolo, adding a goal in his team’s 3-0 victory over America MG.
