According to a recent report from AS, Toni Kroos is considering the possibility of leaving Real Madrid during the summer transfer window – and has even informed the club of that fact. Kroos has widely been considered as one of the most consistent midfielders in European football over the course of the last few years, and with that in mind, it should come as no surprise that a series of top European clubs are interested in acquiring his services.
Real have had a poor season by their standards, but with Zinedine Zidane returning in the last few weeks, the belief is that things can turn around pretty quickly this summer.
Kroos has been linked with Manchester United in the past, but Paris Saint-Germain are also said to be sniffing around with the hope of signing him. It certainly seems like Kroos is the kind of player to make a decision based on the club instead of money, which should make the next few months particularly intriguing.
