Lautaro Martinez dedicates Man of the Match award to Inter Milan fans after securing Champions League semifinals place (Video)

Lautaro Martinez delivered an excellent performance for Inter Milan as the Nerazzurri got the job of reaching the Champions League semifinals done at the expense of Benfica on Wednesday.

After Fredrik Aursness cancelled out Nicolo Barella’s opener, Lautaro scored a very important second goal for Inter in the 65th minute to deflate the hopes of the visitors for a while.

Joaquin Correa extended the lead to 3-1 in the 78th, and though Benfica did extremely well to avoid defeat at San Siro in the end, courtesy of Antonio Silva (86′) and Petar Musa (90’+5), Inter have achieved their goal and will face city rivals AC Milan for a place in the final.
